Introducing

Pam Juke

An Advocate for Support and Wellbeing

I made a choice at a young age that I wanted to become a social worker. After experiencing sexual abuse, I had to be interviewed by a police officer. This was an intimidating, scary and confusing experience. He was a tall man dressed in an imposing uniform, using words that I had never heard before. I definitely felt that I was the one in trouble.

Fortunately, there was a social worker in the room who had a presence about her that I can still feel today. She offered an immense amount of peace simply by listening intently, making eye contact and smiling at me. It was from this experience that I believe my deep desire for helping others began.

Looking back all these years later, she was the first of many empowering people whom I have gained much wisdom through learning about each of their unique gifts, stories and perspectives. I believe these people have shown me just how powerful of a role that support and acceptance can play in the healing process.  I desire to be an advocate for the wellbeing of others.

I’ve carried this desire for others to feel seen, heard and valued throughout my career as a social worker as well as in coaching relationships. I recognizing just how life-changing a true genuine connection can be.

A Believer in Change Through True Connection

Through my own life experiences, I understand the type of brokenness that can feel like the circumstance will last forever and how quickly 'survival mode' can become an ingrained way of life.   After years of walking unsuccessfully down the road of therapy, traditional medicine, alternative medicine, diets, and plans that promised to 'fix' years internal anguish and despair, I’ve been there. Alone.

I’ve come to believe that change becomes easier through real human connections, forged in safe and guilt-free spaces, with those that love openly and care unconditionally. This is why I will walk hand-in-hand with you to safely unpack your struggles and support your healing journey.

A Partner on Your Journey of Healing and Restoration

I have always felt drawn towards getting to know people and their stories. People that know me, will say that I am always asking questions to really get to know and understand someone’s story.

Together we will dig deeper about your inner most thoughts and beliefs, ask questions, and explore the answers without fear or judgement. I would be honored to walk with you as you explore your own path, understanding that the road through healing is rarely, if ever, linear.
