Counselling

Individual counselling sessions provide you with the flexibility to decide when and how often that your current circumstances require counselling.

  • Each individual counselling session is 60 minutes at the rate of $150.

  • We do not direct bill.

    Fees are sometimes covered by private extended health care insurances such as Green Shield, Blue Express / Blue Cross, Sun Life, Cooperators, GreatWest Life, Manulife, etc.

    When checking eligibility with your insurance provider and benefits coverage, please use the following information:

    You will be required to seek reimbursement directly from your insurer. Any additional information will be provided to your insurance provider as requested. Fees not reimbursed by insurance providers may be tax-deductible health expenses.

Wellness + Trauma Coaching

Deep dive to healing and restoration. Put healing and fulfillment at the forefront.

The Journey Home

This intimate and committed 12-week experience is designed to elevate your life and help you reconnect with yourself, your joy, and your purpose. This coaching package provides consistent and empathetic 1-on-1 support as we dive deep together to identify the roadblocks that are holding you back from experiencing true healing and restoration.

    • 3 Monthly, 60-minute, deep dive 1:1 counselling sessions

    • Wellness Week Activity

    • Private & direct on-going support via Voxer Walkie Talkie App

    • Comprehensive resources and exercises to ensure you’re supported at every twist and turn on the road.

  • $945 per month

    This package can be billed in separate payments, that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement of eligible counselling fees.
